By entering a competition you agree that you are at least 18 years old, and to be bound by all Rules, Terms and Conditions listed on the website. All entry fees are listed on the website and Submittable. 

To the full extent permitted by law, you agree that neither The Plaza Prizes Ltd, nor its directors, partners or employees are liable for any damages arising out of use or in connection with the content, information, materials or products of this website. 

The Plaza Prizes Ltd does not accept any liability for direct or indirect damages, any loss of data, income or profit or damage to property and third party claims, from the use of this site. However we do not limit our liability for death or personal injury, if it arises as a result of our negligence. 

The Plaza Prizes Ltd is registered in the UK. All of our competition Rules, Terms and Conditions will be governed by English Law and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and Scotland. The Plaza Prizes Ltd reserves the right to cancel a competition in i) in adverse circumstances beyond our control or ii) if the quantity of submissions is low. In the unlikely event of cancellation, all entrants will, of course, be refunded their entry fees.

Worldwide copyright of each entry remains with the authors, but entry grants The Plaza Prizes Ltd unrestricted rights to publish the winning and short listed entries in the annual winners’ anthologies and use these materials to promote both the competitions and the writers who enter.
